How can I access the course?

You can access the course through your laptop/desktop/tablet as long as you have an internet connection (minimum speed of 8 Mbps)

How will I get access to the entire course?

The course is designed in a way that there are 4 modules to the course and you will get access to each module on the next Thursday. You will get access to the first module as you register for the course, followed by the next 3 modules over next 3 Thursdays.

Why is the whole course access not given in one go?

Through a weekly access and completion of work in that week, you will get a better idea on how to plan the course learning and go ahead with it. This will ensure that you are actually completing the course in the stipulated time and not getting overwhelmed with the flow of information.

When will the LIVE Q&A be conducted?

We will be conducting a LIVE webinar using the same login at the end of each month starting with 30 November. You will receive an invite and email regarding the same.

How is the course conducted?

On screen, you will see videos for various sessions in the modules. Each video will have our trainers talking with a dash of animation to help explain relevant concepts. In these videos we also consider and break down live investment examples to explain the application and working of the concepts learned.

How can I ask my questions?

You can ask your questions either in the comments tab below each video to which we shall respond within 24 hours. In case you have a personal question to be addressed, you can write to us at iplan@wealthcafe.in and we shall respond to you within 24 hours. Furthermore, we will also discuss all Q&A in our monthly live sessions.

How to access the tools during the course?

The tools and the giveaways relevant to each course would be shared with you as a part of the course. These are downloadable files that will be shared as a link along with the video courses.

Can I download the videos to watch it later?

No, our videos are not available for download. Every time you wish to view or revisit the video, you will have to login to our website to access the course. Wealth Cafe Financial Services Pvt Ltd (formerly 'Wealth Café Financial Advisors Pvt Ltd') is the sole owner of the copyright of the content to the course and any infringement of the same will be taken seriously.

How will the refund process work?

How do I create an account?

You need to create an account before taking a course. Click on Menu Icon (Three horizontal lines) present on the top left of the Store Screen. From the opened menu, click on Login/Register button. Click on Sign Up. Enter your Email Id & Password to register for an account.

How to use Access Codes?

You need to create an account on the app to use the access codes. After Successful login, click on the Menu Icon present on the top left of the Store Screen. From the opened menu, click on My Courses Button. On the opened screen, click on the Gift Icon present on the Top Right of the Screen. Enter your Access Code here. Respective Course will be added to your My Courses section.

How to take a Course?

After you have purchased the Course or used the access code of the course, the course would be added to your My Course Section. Click on the Course image to start the course.

I have issues with Login, what should I do?

You can click on Forgot Password link to reset your password from the login screen. We will send the new password to your registered email address. Try to login with the new password. If the issue still persists, drop an email to iplan@wealthcafe.in with the issue details.

I am unable to access the Course, what should I do?

Please check whether you are using the same email, which was used for purchasing/using the access code. Check for the course in your My Course section. If the course is still not available, please drop an email to iplan@wealthcafe.in

How will the post course email correspondence happen?

The full courses are eligible for a 12-week actionable email pack. The emails will reach you every Thursday for 12 weeks through Mailchimp services. Make sure you don’t unsubscribe to these emails as they will help keep you on track during your investing journey.
